Our areas ensure social distancing in all common paths.
Reception service provides all kind of products for hands sanitisation as well as many marks about rules of conduct in common areas.

Common areas and flats sanitisation

All common areas are being sanitised with specific cleaning products and according to rules as provided by law in matter of outbreak prevention. B&B rooms, two-room flats and three-room flats are being sanitised each and every time a new guest is about to come to our facility.

Cancellation policies

In case of booking cancellation at least 20 days in advance before the scheduled arrival in our facility, the down payment will be totally refunded. Any costs for money transfer may be reduced from the down payment.
In case of booking cancellation within 20 days in advance of the scheduled arrival in our facility, the down payment won’t be refunded and the customer will lose his money.
Anyone coming from regions forcing travel restrictions - as provided by counter-outbreak rules - or anyone who got infected will be allowed to cancel booking without penalties up to one week before the scheduled date of arrival at our facility. After that time, the down payment will be stored and customers will be able to contact us in order to reuse their stored down payment to book a new staying in our facility.
